Bahamas Engagement photography at the SLS Baha Mar Hotel in Nassau, New Providence.

These two might just be one of the cutest couples that I’ve ever taken engagement photos for! ❤️ It was an honor to capture the love between you two, you were truly radiant throughout the entire session!

Having gotten engaged only a few days before in Kamalame Cay, Cameron & Catherine wanted photos taken at their hotel to share with friends and family when announcing the exciting news. One question I always get asked is “what to wear to a photoshoot”. We discussed outfit ideas and color combinations while going over the different photography backdrops we would be using during the photoshoot.

Their first look is one of my favorites and one I recommend often at to my clients. I love how blue & white go so well together. The combination always works so well for beach photos and wasn’t overpowering when we started shooting around the colorful beach huts and cabana’s of the Baha Mar Hotel. We kept it casual since we were going to be taking photos on the beach and on the dock.

After finishing up the photos outside, the happy couple changed into their second look. We had decided on a white linen shirt and blue shorts for Cameron, while styling Catherine in a beautiful red dress that really popped in every shot around the hotel lobby.

We focussed on natural, happy & romantic shots while moving around from one location to the next. I don’t think there was a moment where these two weren’t smiling.
